Damaged Items
We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Minor damage to the packaging (e.g., dented boxes) without affecting the product is not considered a defect.

If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Please note, we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
