Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Once your order is handed off to our shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and will be in transit to your designated address.

Please note:

• During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The time it takes for your package to arrive depends on your location and the overall transit time after dispatch. Here are our estimated shipping times by country:

🌍 Worldwide: 10-25 business days

📦 United States: 7-14 business days

📦 Europe: 7-20 business days

Please be aware that unexpected delays—such as customs clearance or peak holiday shipping times—may affect these estimates.

Accurate Shipping Details and Order Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may lead to delays or cancellation.

• If you need to correct your shipping details, email us at sky.radiance@yahoo.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

• For system-detected address issues, we will contact you via email within 3 business days for verification. If we do not hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as courier delays, severe weather, or transit disruptions may occur. If delays happen:

1. Contact the courier for assistance.

Please note that SkyRadiance is not liable for delays caused by external factors outside of our control, but we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost or stolen:

1. Contact the courier to file a claim.

2. Notify us at sky.radiance@yahoo.com for assistance.

Although SkyRadiance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
